Please do not show up more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. We try to make the most of our time scheduled with each client. Eyelash extensions must be at least 50% full when coming in for a fill. If lashes are less than 50% full, you will need to reschedule for a full set with the appropriate appointment duration. All services are NON-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your results please contact your service provider for a free fix* within 3 days after the service.


Appointments must be cancelled 48-hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is minimum 20% of the scheduled service amount, and will automatically be charged to your card on file. If client is 15+ minutes late to the appointment, they will be charged the cancellation fee. No call no shows will be charged a minimum of 50% of scheduled service amount and will not be able to book any future appointments without paying the full price up front.


No kids. Please refrain from bringing children to your appointments. Our facility is not kid friendly due to the strong chemicals are sharp tools that are used daily.

All clients are required to have a card on file when scheduling an appointment, and will need to sign our service liability waiver before receiving any service at Jade & Co. Salon. By scheduling an appointment at Jade & Co. Salon you are automatically agreeing to our policies, including the cancellation/no show policies.
